Reading books, periodicals, manuals, and web documents to research and gather information about topics of interest. Constantly learning new and classic concepts and applying them to my environment. Using acquired knowledge as a springboard, creating new methods and processes and improving existing ones. Being very proficient with Microsoft (and other) applications, I am able to fully utilize the personal computer to its potential. I am a self starter and an independent thinker. And though I am detail-oriented, I am at my very best when working on large, abstract issues and concepts. My written and oral communication skills are top notch. I know a little bit about everything and I have been told that I have a great (albeit  unique) sense of humor. I enjoy teaching and am very good at leading by example. I relate well with people from many different backgrounds. I am a leader whether or not I am in an official leadership position. I enjoy making informed decisions.
